As a Growth Strategist, your primary work is to drive traffic growth, including SEO, SEM, Affiliates and others. You will need to review traffic sources/trend, to identify improvement opportunities, to develop new initiatives and to conduct A/B testing to grow traffic and users.
You are expected to provide insight and strategy and to acquire new users via profitable marketing channels. You will play an important role to assist in building a business on data driven decisions and work closely with Growth & Marketing, PM, Technology, Business Development and Partners to grow with the company.
1. At least 3 years experiences in traffic and user acquisition in a start up, consumer digital business and/or digital agency
2. Proficient in data analysis
3. Is able to translate data/insight into strategies and actions
4. A team player with positive working attitude
