Job Description

1. Set up marketing campaign to increase inbound lead & enquiry
2. Make data driven decision
3. Develop and execute PPC/SEM, display, content and paid social marketing campaigns to meet and exceed aggressive lead generation and new customer acquisition goals across

4. Manage campaign budgets, channels and expenditures to meet efficiency targets.
5. Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve ad copy and creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, etc.

6. Analyze performance, and develop and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions.

7. Test new marketing channels and ad products. Own the process from tracking and technical integration to optimizing, and determining success.

8. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials

9. Set up, QA and run A/B tests using tools like Optimizely.
10. Ensure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management without bias

Requirement

1. BA/BS degree required
2. Make decision based on logic and data
3. Great understanding of various marketing channels like paid mobile acquisition, social media, content marketing, SEO, Email marketing

4. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
5. Willing to measure everything, admit failure
6. A self-starter who is results-driven, focused and analytical.
7. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
8. Have HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up Optimizely tests is a plus
