Job Description

1. Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases, publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, events, referrals, and follow-up calls

2. Schedule online demos for prospects in a clear and compelling way with a high level of passion for our solutions

3. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets such as number of qualified opportunities, number of monthly activities, outreach quality, and appointment setting

4. Manage assigned prospect accounts with leads and develop strong relationships with assigned sales region to help manage projects

5. Following up on any inbound leads and inquiries on a timely basis
6. Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, and potential prospects

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

2. 1+ years of proven success in a competitive sales environment. Will consider individuals with a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of leadership experience in an organization or internship in sales in lieu of work experience. Will consider involvement in organizations such as athletics, community service, clubs, etc

3. Experience with selling over the phone and cold calling various types of businesses
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Knowledge of CRM and best practices a STRONG plus

Salary Range
