・About the role
We are seeking a Global Logistics Associate to work in the area of international freight forwarding and inventory management and to support the Global Operations Manager in all aspects to ensure a lean and smooth logistics operation.
The ideal candidate needs to be responsible, diligent and energetic, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics operations. Can communicate freely in English is a must and have the ability to explore, adapt, and find solutions is the key to success in this role.
・What you’ll do
- Responsible for export document preparation
- Assist in communication with factory and freight forwarder for shipment tracking
- Responsible for the confirmation and remittance of accounts payables
- Assist in handling the follow-ups of all shipments
- Assist in handling other administrative matters related to global logistics operations
- Assist in global inventory tracking and data entry to the ERP system
- Assist in inventory management for the Taiwan headquarters
- 負責出口報關之行政作業，並匯整製作報關文件
- 聯絡工廠和貨運代理人進行交期和船班及航班的確認以及協助文件檢查等聯絡事項
- 負責應付帳款之確認和請款工作，並處理所有訂單的後續事宜
- 協助處理其它和全球物流相關的事宜
- 協助全球庫存追蹤和 ERP 系統的維持和資料輸入
- 協助台灣總部的庫存管理和收發貨
- 協助主管及其它部門的同事所交辦的事項以及處理其它相關之內部行政作業

- College graduate with at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations
