We are looking for a Sr IT support engineer. You would be responsible for providing professional IT services to internal users for our Taipei office.
Responsibilities：
．Assist Personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
．Offer daily operations and system support to personnel, network and servers.
．Verify functionality of hardware and software component.
．Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
I．T Procurement.
．Vendor management.
Qualifications and Skills：
．3+ years’ experience in computer networks and system maintenance.
．Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
．Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a variety of audience.
．Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
．Certificates in Microsoft servers or CCNA will be a plus.
．Good work ethics and take pride in providing internal users with superior
