We’re looking a full time UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will work closely with other designers, sales consultant, developers, and project managers to design the user interaction and user interface for new and existing mobile/web applications, from ideas to finished products. You will develop high level and detailed wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design. You will follow through the quality of the end products and push for changes that improve usability.
You will also need to discuss with the clients to understand their needs and idea, present your work both internally and to the clients, and sometimes conduct usability test or user interface to improve your design.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in designing usable interfaces for web or mobile-based applications;
* Practical experience in wireframing, sketching, prototyping and visual elements design;
* Strong visual design sense and attention to details;
* Strong communication skills and work independently.
Preferred Experiences:
* Ability to use HTML and Javascript for quick prototyping;
* Experience in coaching junior designers and working directly with clients/product managers/developers
