Job Description

Our initial roles and responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following;
- Provide hands on technical and artistic feedback to internal and external artists
- Provide hands on supervision and management of internal artists
- High level of professional written, visual and verbal communication
- Can create clear and detailed art briefs. Primarily for realtime visualisations like Games, VR, AR experience etc.
- Can create clear and detailed project technical specifications and requirements. Primarily for realtime visualisations like Games, VR, AR experience etc.
- Assist HR in developing training and career plans for internal artists.
- Keep project and studio technical specification wiki regularly updated.

You'll often find yourself in situations where you will need to communicate very technical aspects of your work to people outside of your immediate discipline; therefore, we're looking for someone who is clear, courteous, patient and professional in the way they; you have to, not only be able to provide clear and objective feedback, but also to be open to constructive feedback from anybody in the team, regardless of rank; being able to present and communicate to groups of people from different cultures and environments will be essential.

Requirement

We value and are looking for an individual who is able to work and think creatively. You'll also need to be adaptive to different way's of working as this can differ from project to project.

Essential Skills
- Maya
- Zbrush
- Texturing either realistic or stylised (Must be able to model and texture, Realistic is preferred, but extra consideration is given to those that know both)
- PBR
- Procedural Materials creation (Substance Designer/Substance Painter)
- Unreal Engine

Bonus Skills
Having additional skill or experience in the items listed below will earn you additional consideration
- Skinning (Not a must, but is a bonus if you know, we will provide on the job support and training)
- Houdini (Optional, but a bonus if has knowledge or experience)
- Unity experience (Optional, but a bonus if has knowledge or experience)
- Marvelous Designer (Optional, but a bonus if has knowledge or experience, but we will use this in production so training and support will be provided)
