We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team in the US. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for developing sales opportunities and closing deals with fashion brands and fashion e-commerce clients in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the US fashion e-commerce market.




  • Develop and maintain relationships with fashion brands and fashion e-commerce clients in the US
  • Prospect and qualify new leads to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the US fashion e-commerce market
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to provide the best solutions to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports as needed
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the US fashion e-commerce market

[Minimum Qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success in the Taiwan fashion e-commerce market, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and concerns
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Experience working in the fashion or e-commerce industry
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
  • Experience working with recurring annual fee sales model
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other sales management software
