Job Description
- Ensure the demands of office procurement, day-to-day operation, the Townhall meeting preparation and employee benefits, to ensure proper maintenance
- To understand local authorities requirements and ensure compliance in coordination with the managers
- Manage the office and company properties: office management and assets management
- Office Admin management: Group insurance management, mailing, courier services, answering the phone, security settings, documentation, and filing management, etc
- New onboarding tasks and attendance management
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Organize and implement employee engagement events such as year-end party, 1111 event, welcome new-joiners, birthday celebration and massage management
- Manage budget and inventory for pantry and other workplace facilities
- Support on the HR policy and procedure establishment and improvement
- Support and execute in cross regional and local HR related projects
- Enrich our culture through a friendly demeanor and communicative personality
- Provide assistance and cooperation to other employees in the office with this position
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, manage multiple priorities and excellent project management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, and willing to learn new tasks and subjects
- Mature with good interpersonal and communications skills, organized and self-motivated

Salary Range
