Everyday, we’re improving our learning services for students and tutors who come to Snapask. Our product team is less than 10 designers and engineers. We are looking for motivated teammates who can learn quickly to accomplish things in small teams, with end-to-end ownership of projects and rapid iteration.

What you could be working on from Day 1:
+ Brainstorm data to collect from each 1-on-1 tutoring session, and find ways to do so, so that the matching process can continue to improve.
+ Plan solutions to prevent cases where tutors fight for a question (搶答) and improve tutor retention and satisfaction.
+ Design and improve service APIs and sockets to streamline student’s and tutor’s chatroom experience.
+ Evolve our AWS architecture to support service partnerships with third party consumer companies, such as Telcos.
We expect you to:
+ collaborate with product and business team stakeholders;
+ fully concept, lead, and execute projects to realize product goals;
+ participate in and drive software design best practices.
