VACAN is Japan's leading IoT Startup, focusing on delivering real-time vacancy informations and vacancy search platform through AI and IoT Technology.
In June 2019, VACAN was selected by Japan's 'Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry' to participate in the government funded "J-Startup" incubation program. Recently VACAN raised 790 million Japanese Yen from leading Japanese VCs and Corporates, by leveraging this funding, VACAN is aiming to expand its service to overseas markets, particularly the Greater China region.
VACAN currently have 3 products:
（1） 「VACAN（バカン）」
Vacancy information search platform designed for restaurant, public toilet and shopping malls.
Currently the digital signage version 「VACAN for digital-signage」 is already used by major shopping malls in Japan, and our next step is to build a portal site for consumers who want to find real-time leisure information.
（2） 「THRONE（スローン）」
By combing sensor and information technology, THRONE provide real-time toilet vacancy information to users. Ever since its release, THRONE has been loved by millions of users.
（3） 「QUIPPA（クイッパ）」
QUIPPA is a bento-box reservation service. Users can make reservation on smartphone or PC, and pickup their bento-box at designated convenience store.Through co-marketing with Nikkei-News, QUIPPA is quickly gaining popularity.

【What You'll do / Responsibilities】
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis.
- Plan and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
└ Create web contents to attract users.
└ execute digital advertising campaigns and analyze ad performance data.
└ plan & host seminars and attend exhibitions to promote VACAN's service.
└ Plan and design promotion campaigns.
- Run PDCA cycles to evaluate marketing campaign and continue to optimize performance.
As we are quickly expanding our service to Shanghai, candidates shall expect to be relocated to our Shanghai office.
【Required Qualifications】
- 3 years + digital marketing experiences.
- Self-learning and problem solving skills.
- Passion for VACAN's service, can self-motivate to help VACAN achieve goals and vision.
-Good communication skills.
- Willing to embrace unknown and curiosity for learning new things.
- Business level English ( Japanese skill is a plus, not requirement.)

Salary Range JPY ¥ 3,500,000 ~ 6,000,000 (annually)
