Key Missions & Responsibilities
Demonstrate a successful history in strategy development, content planning, and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting app downloads, monthly active users, matching rate, social media followers, website traffic, and revenue.
Enforce brand guidelines, and continually audit campaign assets for consistency, regional standards, and brand quality.
Execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search & social
Oversee social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Manage campaign development, including platform setup, audience targeting, bidding, creative delivery, and budget pacing. Take ownership of end-to-end brand campaign across Taiwan market
Be hands-on in creating and adapting content for B2C, B2B, and CRM campaigns, including social posts, ads, email creatives, landing visuals, and sales enablement assets.
Plan, manage, and execute marketing events and brand activations for both Flexii workers and business partners, including but not limited to roadshows, media events, community activations, and CRM-driven events.
Coordinate KOL participation across online campaigns, offline events, and social content, ensuring alignment with Flexii’s brand positioning and target audiences.
Drives measurable results (Installs & Matching Rate) by strategizing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns across channels like paid search, social, and email, focusing heavily on ROI, analytics (CAC, ROAS, LTV), A/B testing, and budget management to achieve specific business goals efficiently
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the Business Development team. Support BD objectives through performance marketing, content marketing, landing pages, case studies, and industry-focused campaigns targeting business clients.
Work in close partnership with the CRM Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app notifications, and push channels, contributing to improved worker retention, re-activation, and overall platform engagement.
Close Collaboration: Work closely with Flexii’s Marketing Director to align market strategies, share insights, and coordinate campaigns for maximum brand impact. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including the Business Development team, UI/UX designers, and App Development team to ensure cohesive execution across all marketing touchpoints and user experiences.
Hands-on “0→1→10” scale-up experience as a playing manager.
Communication – Business-level proficiency in English.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
Experience – 4+ years digital marketing experience in a startup or high-growth environment. App experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Possess basic Canva design capability to independently produce and iterate marketing visuals efficiently.
Testing & Experimentation – Experienced in structured testing across creatives, formats, audiences, and placements.
Data & Analytics Fluency – Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio, Hubspot, Appsflyer and ad platform dashboards to extract insights and guide optimization.
Growth Mindset – Curious, proactive, and constantly testing to improve channel performance and campaign impact.
Business-level proficiency in English.
