1. Prepare, run and document workshops.
2. Undertake User research and document analysis of findings.
3. Conduct UX reviews & validation on products during the course of Design and Development.
4. Facilitate the conduction of User testing process.
5. Ensure on-time delivery of UX deliverables whilst not compromising quality standards.
6. Drive change by communicating findings to stakeholders in the company.
7. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on user behavior and product.
8. Analyze collected data and make research findings convincing and actionable for both research experts and non-experts.

Required Technical Skills
1. MA/MS degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. At least 3 years of experience in an applied research setting.
3. Have a strong UX portfolio with the focus on thought process, including how you approach problems and arrive at decisions, along with a few examples of multi-platform deliverables produced.
4. Be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and be eager to break new ground.
工作技能
1. 擁有電腦科學、人機互動學、統計學、心理學或相關科系的碩士文憑或相關經驗。
2. 至少3年以上的應用研究經驗。
3. 具備UX相關經驗，注重思考過程及擁有多平台實務經驗。
4. 對工作主動出擊，能夠快速適應並學習新技能與科技，且願意接受新的挑戰。
