1. Establish and support employer branding to improve recruitment performance 
2. Monthly payroll processing, labor and health insurance, group insurance, labor retirement operations, and income tax declaration
3. Implementation of annual performance evaluations, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
4. Review and maintenance of HR-related policies, procedures, and forms to comply with legal requirements
5. Operation of labor-management meetings
6. Plan and execute employee care projects
7. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

1. More than 2 years of practical experience in company branding or payroll
2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings
5. Result-driven and self-motivated
6. Good command of English
