【Job Description】 
1. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to advance the business for iKala’s products and services 
2. Identify potential partnerships, opportunities to enhance distribution and open up new markets, and methods to enhance efficiency within iKala’’s various departments 
3. Develop dynamic business presentations and proposals(RFPs) that present new opportunities for both local and overseas business growth and enhanced operations for clients, potential clients, and internal communications 
4. Keep regular contacts with past, existing, and new clients to explore new opportunities and build and establish strong relationships with customers and partners for iKala 
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of the business plan, sales strategy, and public relations strategy in order to analyze and provide necessary recommendations 
6. Attend trade shows, industry associations, job fairs to improve the company’s visibility

Requirement

【Requirements】 
1. 5 years related experience in Business Development, Sales, Industry Analysis, AI, Big Data, Cloud, or New Retail 
2. Demonstrated key account management experience with a track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement 
3. Global business development experience and ideally experience with EFSS (Enterprise File Sync and Share) 
4. Experienced at foster and develop long-term relationships/ ecosystem with customers/clients 
5. Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these requirements 
6. Strategically thinker and worker- seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business also carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes 
7. A proven, positive can-do attitude person that is always open up to new opportunities and challenges 
8. Good time-management skills 
9. Great interpersonal and communication skills
