Focusing on Thailand market research and Thailand customer support including helping and facilitating our future Thailand team with product training, business development and other related market expansion matters.
Thailand Market Research
1. Collecting data on consumer behavior, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
2. Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective and identify customers’ preferences
Thailand Customer Support
1. Being point of contact for Thai customers by answering product and service related queries and providing any related information
2. Onboarding Thai customers and handling customers problems
3. Gathering and analyzing feedbacks from Thai customers
4. Supporting in system translation works (EN - TH)
5. Other translation tasks
Must fluent in Thai and English
