Job Description

- Working autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
- Tracking and monitoring your features’ performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them
- Run scrum and be one of the scrum master, providing day-to-day cross-functional leadership to ensure the timely delivery of projects which meet established features, usability, content and quality requirements
- Develop and produce product requirements documents (e.g product plan, roadmap, user flows etc), schedules and supporting materials in partnership cross-functional team and third party vendor
- Report and analyze key product performance metrics such as sales and revenue targets, sales opportunity funnel metrics, and competitive analysis and propose actions accordingly
- Define product requirements via end-users feedback, business drivers, competitive analysis and research
- Communicate product and release plans and activities effectively to management and key stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert senior management of changes to scope, time-lines, resources and vendor/partners management issues
- Any other ad hoc activities

Requirement

- At least three years experience in web, mobile web and mobile app product management
- Experience with collecting data and feedback to exercise successful A/B testing
- Experience with e-commerce service/product a must
- Good in data analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making ability a must
- Good with commercial acumen a must
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese a must
- Technical and/or Software Engineering background a plus
- Strong grasp of information architecture and user experience best practices a plus
