【中文JD】
一、財務流程建制與管理
1、協助公司建置正規財務會計系統與財務流程及相關內控機制， 同時保持新創與公司營運與業務效能最大化之平衡屬性；
2、協同外部財務顧問整理舊賬，並建立一套總賬為依歸；
3、持續優化財務流程，並主導新流程和工具的導入及應用；

二、組織搭建與人才培養
1、主導搭建公司財務經管部門組織架構與組織下人才招聘與培養
2、接手管理目前會計事務，協同財務顧問優化與改善現有問題與流程；
3、協助培養培訓業務部門夥伴具備財務、管理會計思維，讓夥伴具備財務思維持續幫公司營運成效成長

三、財務分析與經營管理
1、編製帳務報表及相關財務分析資料，財務經營管理數據記錄及追蹤及分析，並針對異常項目進行分析檢討；
2、進行公司管理會計分析，各部門關鍵營運指標review；
3、跟共同創辦人一起討論公司未來財務經營方向，並持續做rolling財測模型、預估與實際達成情況

四、準備及優化融資策略
承接並對齊公司商業模式發展方向與現流預測來優化現有融資策略，包含但不限於銀行借貸企業金融的短、長期策略，投資機構等策略佈局及資源帶入。


【English JD】
1、Lead to build the legit financial and accounting system and SOP, internal auditing system.
2、Lead to build finance department organization and recruit the required staffs.
3、IPO or stock owned company, helping the company finance to organize in one account book, and coordinate with finance consultant to solve the old account book problem to match the issuing IPO guidelines, making company finance regulized for the future fund raising purpose.
4、Allign with company's business model development and to make cashflow forecast to optimize the recent fund raising strategy. Bank fund raising short and long term best benefit strategy and execution, including public and private banks management to negotiate the best interests. To know the banking industry's internal rules to help getting the lowest cost and best benefit, and also to form the strategic alliance with angel investors.
5、To help and take over now account manager's workloads, and to optimize and resolve the current financial problems with finance consultant.
6、To do management accounting on all operational and key indicators to core business operations, such as assest turn over rate, stock turn over rate, stock and sales ratio, procurement and sales ratio, cashflow return rate.
7、At beginning, who is required to do accounting and bookkeeping, after the department and staffs are well recruited and trained, then return to management and analysis function.
8、Assist to train the key business sales, marketing owners to equip with finance, management accounting mindset and know-how, which makes them have the finance mindset to let the company's operations run smoothly and have steady growth.
9、Discuss and work with co-founders to form the company's finance management strategy, and continue on making finance rolling forecast, goal, and actual hit rate, and PDCA.

2、有協助公司管理會計與公司各營運關鍵指標review產業經驗佳，協助公司優化關鍵營運指標
3、具備大局觀，與共同創辦人平行或更高度的俯視公司未來財務經營方向，並持續做rolling財測模型、預估與實際達成情況
4、有上市IPO經驗 財務整賬經驗、協助夥伴員工認股之股權激勵規劃，並具備科技創新工具思維，有靈活應用數位工具、 應變經驗，不被傳統框架所限制
5、有財務總監、財務長並搭建過組織流程系統、內控機制經驗佳
6、可以整合內外賬問題，並做成一套賬，解決歷史費用率、淨利率不準問題之經驗
7、能以公司利益最大化(自有現金流增高、淨利率提高、費用率降低、營業額提高、庫存降低..等多項管理指標)，合理節稅，對齊公司價值觀願意加入新創產業的優秀人才

1、With the working experience in retail, e-commerce, distributing, own brand, platform..industry and big four accounting firms would be great.
2、Knowing how to conduct management accounting on all operational and key indicators to core business operations, and knowing to optimize on all business factors.
3、With a vision of top down overall situation, to co-op with founders to examine company's finance management direction, and continue on making finance rolling forecast, goal, and actual hit rate, and PDCA.
4、Best to have IPO experience and resolve accounting problems, plan the staffs stock options. With the technology innovation mindset to utilize latest workflow or management tools, and be creative , not to be restrained by status quo.
5、Having the experience of being a finance manager or CFO, and have conducted finance workflow and internal audit from 0 to 1.
6、Efficiently take care and resolve the internal and external two book keeping problems and transforming into one book-keep, which resolves the past inaccurate expense rate and net profit rate's data.
7、Always keeping in mind that to put company's best interests, like to enhance the cash flow, increase the net profit rate, lower the expense, increase the revenue, and lower and stock, all kinds of operational factors and management accounting.
